| Flight details: | Took off ten minutes after Dave Massie who went up, up and up a bit more. Found thermal and drifted in gaggle of five or six others until I lost thermal and found bits of lift here and there and landed on a track next to a hot, dusty field full of asparagus stalks (recently harvested). Got lift back with nice lady whose son also paraglides so she gave me a lift right back to Kettle Sings car park. After a call to the RAC, who kindly retrieved my car keys from the boot of my car (duh!), I drove back to Sussex. What a lovely day! |
