| Flight details: | After two flights totalling 12 minutes, two slope landings including one 15 minute removal of lines from gnarly bush session, I eventually launched and gained height in some strongish thermals lagging behind a few others including Carlo, Greg and Tefal. Drifted westwards past Bo Peep, Firle etc but failed to realise that the cumulus looking clouds were in fact sea breeze clouds so failed to position myself correctly and landed next to Sussex Hang Gliding and Paragliding shop [other paragliding services are available in this area :o) ]. Met Tefal there who had just landed. Big thank you to Dean Bird, (plasterer extraordinaire) for taking me and Tefal back to H and O and for picking Nancy up along the way from Middle Farm. |
