| Flight details: | Maybe it was a bit too early to go, but after a fair bit of boating about, I found myself over 4000 ft and drifted back a bit so although the Cus were only starting to appear and the small forming cloud I had been hanging around underneath started to unform, might as well steer west. Picked a little climb near Peacehaven then nowt until a low save on the slopes on the edge of Saltdean. A nice climb, but I got drifted out over the coast and, although rationally I was well within even a bad glide back to terra firma, I left the climb to get some solid stuff beneath me. And that was it - glide over Roedean to land next to the pitch and putt by the Marina. 16.km around the usual myriad turnpoints........ |
