| Flight details: | A nice week with XTC and Passion paragliding in Ager, flyable most days, though not always as good as hoped. Brett set a task with landing at Tremp. I really struggled time and time again to get a chance to go over the back in ascending, or at least not too much descending, air. Finally decided to go, only to hit heavy sink just behind the ridge. I was sure that I was doomed to land at the foot of the reverse slope. But the sink relented, and I was just able to get to a small bowl, and work it for a while. Finally made it to the castle hill and then got a 1200m climb which allowed me to glide to goal. |
