Flight details: | 11th Nov 2013 - flying day 2 in Algodonales. After yesterday's lows and highs http://www.shgc.org.uk/node/12368 the mood was positive plus weather showed all indications that it plays on our side.
Start at westerly take-off was easy, climbing up was even easier - straight into thermal and after 10 minutes of circling I found myself at 2050m (+1150) under nice classical cloud which keep sucking. I decided to politely decline final 50 or so meters and left thermal. Again it was time to think! And here we go

However I left downwind to the left and Delta-2 headed to the right in direction of nice slope of Twin Peaks. 20 minutes later I was on the ground. During that time I found moment to make another mistake I didn't go close to the last reasonably high hill in front if me. Instead I landed to something I thought was a bar... no it wasn't :)
I got to the road, sent message to retrieve driver and had a dilemma just sit and wait or try to do something. I de |
