Flight

Glided out to a red ribbon who was doing a good job of marking the best thermal of the day, quickly joined by others!

Minced over the back with Carlo and a blue Chili(?) under some top cover. They gradually outclimbed me (or maybe I outsunk them) and went on glide whilst I continued scrabbling, by which time the top cover had cleared and a desperate glide to Asda paid off with a decent thermal to all of 3000'. Took a sinky glide to Lewes where a couple of gliders had been climbing. There was some funky broken lift of sorts but I gambled on a good looking cloud, which started to deteriorate as soon as I set off towards it.
