| Flight details: | First flight at Liddington Castle and a new PB!
I'd set a mental target to get to Coombe Gibbet and once I was there my mind wandered to an epic trip to the coast.....! Climbing was tough at Coombe even with the lovely gaggle I was flying in and after leaving with not that much height i'm hovering over trees at Highclere, scratching for a climb. Didn't find one but found a lovely big field in the Highclere estate to land in. Had an amazingly slick retrieve back to Liddington and a swift pint (Cheers Nik!) in the pub. All in all a great day and amazing seeing Highclere castle from the air! |
